Welcome to Splash! Studio. Follow these steps to create your first Audio Splash!
Step 1: Sign up at studio.joinsplashstudio.com
Step 2: Click the “+” button to create a new project.
Step 3: Chat with the AI to develop your story. Go back and forth until you’re happy with it.
Step 4: Click the forward arrow to review your story outline.
Step 5: Click forward again to generate your full story.
Step 6: Choose a voice to read your story aloud. Preview different voices until you find your favorite.
Step 7: Add background music to set the mood. Search until you find the perfect track.
Step 8: Mix your story into an Audio Splash. You can choose to have music play just at the beginning and end, or throughout the entire story. When you're ready, click “Make a Splash!”
Step 9: Once the story is mixing, click the green banner link to go to your Audio Splashes. Status will update from “Queued” → “Processing” → “Completed.” This may take a few minutes.
Step 10: When it’s ready, click the play button to listen to your story. You can download it or sync it directly to Yoto MYO playlists and cards.
Tips for the Best Experience
💬 Need help? Click the chat bubble in the corner of the screen for live support. We love questions!
✨ Be creative! You can type anything to the AI. You’re not limited to its suggestions or required to answer all questions. When you're ready to move on, just click the forward arrow.
📝 Customize your story. You can manually edit both the outline and final story if you want to make changes.
⏱️ Keep it short. Stories are limited to about 4–5 minutes. Perfect for short stories!
🔄 View details anytime. After a Splash is mixed, click its card to revisit the outline and full story.
📤 Sync to Yoto. Once you're logged in to Yoto, click the Yoto button on the Audio Splash card again to upload it to your MYO playlists.
🌐 Use a supported browser. The app works best on Chrome or Safari, on both desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
